At Soaprecious, it’s an honour to create bespoke pieces for your most meaningful celebrations. This Custom Orders Policy explains how we handle personalised creations for weddings, baptisms, birthdays, and special events.

Custom orders may include:
Handmade natural soap favours
Botanical or infused oil mini gifts
Curated sets or petites créations
Personalised labels, simple design adjustments, or tailored colours/scents

To ensure your items are crafted with the care they deserve, we recommend contacting us at least 8 weeks before your event date.
During your enquiry we may ask for:
Event type (wedding, baptism, birthday, etc.)
Quantities
Event date
Colour theme or design inspiration
Lead times depend on design complexity, curing time for soaps, packaging, and our current production schedule.
Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the type of item and level of customisation.
These will be confirmed during the quoting stage.
When we receive your enquiry, you will receive a personalised quote outlining:
Product type and approximate sizing
Packaging and labelling details
Production timeline
Estimated shipping cost (if applicable — see our Shipping Policy)
Quotes are time-sensitive as ingredient and packaging costs may fluctuate.
To secure your custom order, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and before delivery or pickup.
Your order will not be dispatched until the final payment has been received.

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid.
We may share:
Scent options
Colour direction
Label wording or personalised details
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all names, dates, and wording before production begins.
Once production starts, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
Because custom creations are made specifically for your event:
If cancelled before production begins, a store credit may be offered at our discretion
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
Late changes may require additional fees

All Soaprecious products are handmade.
Natural variations in colour, scent, and appearance may occur.
These differences are part of the charm of artisan products.
Custom orders are shipped using our trusted carriers within Australia.

We always recommend allowing additional time before your event to accommodate for courier delays outside of our control.
Due to their personalised nature and personal care category, custom orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds.
