Because our soaps and skincare items are personal care products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once they’ve been delivered. This helps us maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity in everything we create.
We understand, however, that receiving your order should be a beautiful experience from start to finish. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in perfect condition, we’ll be here to support you. Your satisfaction truly matters to us.
