1. Order Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted, packed, and prepared in small batches.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

During busy periods, restocks, or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Most Soaprecious orders are shipped within 2–5 business days (within Australia).
Timeframes may vary based on:

  • Payment processing delays

  • Seasonal or restock periods

  • Delivery location

  • Courier delays

  • Unexpected fulfilment issues

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and we are unable to offer compensation for delays outside our control.


3. Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.


5. Alterations to Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.

If you need to update your address, we will do our best to assist if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but cannot be located, please check:

  • Your mailbox or parcel locker

  • Any safe drop locations

  • Neighbours or building reception

If you still cannot find your parcel, contact us and we will help you open an enquiry with the courier.

Please note that once a parcel is scanned as delivered, Soaprecious cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.


7. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Cancellation of Orders

Due to our fast processing times, we are often unable to cancel orders once they enter the fulfilment stage.

If you contact us before fulfilment begins, we can cancel the order and issue a store credit.

Once packed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


9. International Shipping

At this time, we ship within Australia only.
International shipping may be added in the future.
